Wine is produced respecting entirely the characteristics of the “terroir”, in order to create recognizable wines.

For this reason the grapes, harvested from different areas, are vinified separately.

“Guido Manara” comes from an intuition of the three brothers, from their will to use international grape varieties, grown locally, following traditional standards that are, at the same time, innovative. This all leads to a wine that is one of a kind.

The intuition was to use local grapes of the Valpolicella area in order to create a wine that places itself outside of the local wine-making schemes.
